Tour de Namur – Proximus Cycling Challenge
Tour de Namur Cyclo
On Saturday April 29 it's time for a great comeback! The Tour de Namur Cyclo returns to the Proximus Cycling Challenge.
Stunning Routes in the Condroz
Be amazed by the absolute beauty of the Condroz, where the Meuse and its tributaries provide beautiful views and relief. The area south of Namur, with picturesque towns such as Dinant and Ciney, offers fantastic terrain for cycling enthusiasts who enjoy climbing.
Start and Finish in Floreffe
The Tour de Namur Cyclo starts and ends in Floreffe. The three routes of 84 km, 118 km and 160 km take you over both classic slopes and lesser-known gems in the Condroz.
Trail Exploration
Starting along the Sambre, with a view of the abbey of Floreffe, the route takes you along the Meuse and its tributaries. Discover picturesque villages, castles and historical sites. The route contains challenging climbs, including the lesser known but difficult “Gayolle”.
After a descent to Dinant and beautiful views, a series of hills follows in rural areas, far away from busy roads. The ride ends with the hills of Besinne and Guinguette, followed by a smooth descent to the finish.
