Take a maximum of 1 sachet per day

Intake advice for carbohydrates per hour

The advice is 1g per kg body weight. The amount of carbohydrates intake can also vary depending on the intensity and total duration of the effort.

• There is no additional isotonic intake for efforts shorter than 1 hour sports drink necessary
• Efforts from 1h to 2.5h 30 to 60 grams per hour
• Longer efforts of 2.5 hours or longer: 60 to 90 grams per hour
