Recommended dosage for energy bars

The guideline for consuming carbohydrate-rich food during exercise is as follows

• Between sports efforts 1.5 and 2h the recommended amount is: 30 to 60g carbohydrates per hour
• During sports efforts longer than 2.5 hours we advise 90g carbohydrates intake per hour

In the first case this is approximately 1 energy bar per hour, in the 2nd situation for sports efforts longer than 2.5 hours this is approximately 2 bars per hour of effort. Complete this with sports drink to arrive at the total carbohydrate amount.
