Experience the E3 Saxo Bank Classic in Harelbeke, a one-day classic with start and finish in Harelbeke. The first real Flemish Ardennes race.

Overview:

• Date Time: March 20, 2024, start at 12:15 PM, expected finish at 5:45 PM.
• Location: Start and finish at Stasegemsesteenweg 93, 8530 Harelbeke.
• Type Rate: Hill classic on the UCI World Tour calendar.
• History: Started in 1958 by cycling club Hand in Hand, now an essential warm-up for the Tour of Flanders.

Course and Winners:

• Course: More than 200 km through the Flemish Ardennes, suitable for elite riders and a warm-up for the Tour of Flanders.
• Winners: Wout van Aert was the last winner in 2023, record holder Tom Boonen with five victories.

Cobblestone course:

Takes place on Friday as the start of the Flemish Cycling Week, a warm-up for the Tour of Flanders.

Historical Origin:

In 1958 gestart als Harelbeke-Antwerpen-Harelbeke door wielerclub Hand in Hand. Groeide uit tot een essentiële wielerwedstrijd met wisselende benamingen, nu bekend als E3 Saxo Classic sinds 2023.
