Strade Vive Bikefest 2024 – Cycling Festival and Test Event
Strade Vive Bikefest is a cyclo, MTB & gravel event with start and finish in the Porcherie in Sint-Eloois-Vijve (Waregem).
Strade Vive Bikefest Information
- Date: Second edition on Saturday March 2, 2024 (Start 8am-1pm)
- Location: Start and finish at event location De Porcherie, Grottelaan 1, 8793 Sint-Eloois-Vijve.
Program Strade Vive tours event.
- Demo village: at the start/finish at the Porcherie
- Afterparty : with racing competition Strade Bianche on the big screen & DJs.
- Tickets: €12 for non-members Cycling Vlaanderen – €10 for Cycling Vlaanderen members.

Strade Vive Bikefest 2024
Ride. Test. Fest. Repeat… Strade Vive Bikefest stands for an all-in event with the core value of having fun! Accessible to everyone: from novice gravelbiker to experienced cyclo rider or daredevil on the mountainbike.
Strade Vive has something for everyone: short or long distance, on or off the road. Upon arrival, a refreshing drink, a hot snack, various demo modes and the famous one await you Strade Bianche on big screen. From cyclists, for cyclists! Cyclo, MTB and gravel tour with a twist! Powered by Verhelst Construction Coordination.

Various Tours
Cyclo Tours
- 60km: A combination of fast sections and beautiful Flemish roads with fantastic views. 450 meters of elevation gain, 1 stop.
- 85km: Continue to the beautiful back of the Kluis with 750 meters of elevation and 2 stops.
- 110 km: Brings out the most beautiful of the Flemish Ardennes with 1050 altitude meters and 2 stops.
MTB Tours
- 35km: No existing Bloso trail, but numerous new single tracks in and around the Waregem area. 2 stops, 270 meters of elevation gain.
- 50km: Discover technical challenges with 2 stops and 370 meters of elevation gain.
- 70km: For the die-hard fans with 3 stops and 610 elevation meters, including a fantastic passage in Bouvelobos in Wortegem-Petegem.
Gravel Tours
- 65 km: Ideal for beginning gravelaars or mountainbikers who do not want it too technical. 1 stop, 470 meters of elevation gain.
- 90km: Stiffer with 920 elevation meters and 2 stops. Passage in Pays de Collines and Karnemelkbeek off-road.
- 110 km: For the well trained with 1150 elevation meters and 2 stops. Passage around the Kwaremont and towards Zulte.
Strade Vive Bikefest guarantees fun, challenge and a pleasant atmosphere. Cycling enthusiasts, from beginners to experienced riders, are invited for a day full of 'Ride. Test. Fest. Repeat…' The second edition promises to be unforgettable MTB Tours, Cyclo and Gravel tours event.

Is there parking available nearby?
An area without traffic will be created in the vicinity of De Porcherie. You can park your vehicle in the spacious parking lots along Gentseweg, Spoorweglaan, Schoendalestraat and Emiel Clausstraat.

How can I pay during Strade Vive?
We offer you the flexibility to pay in different ways. Whether you prefer traditional cash payment or the modern digital approach with Payconiq, you have the choice.

Can you register on site?
As in the previous year, the organizers of Strade Vive use a system of pre-sales (12 euros) and day registrations (14 euros). However, to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, we have decided to limit the number of participants to 1,500. First come, first serve applies, so make sure you register quickly to secure your spot !

Are there GPX files available for the Tours?
The GPX files for the tour will be made available online one day before the event. This allows the organizers to offer you the most optimized route at the last minute.

When can you start the tours?
The event runs entirely on the efforts of volunteers, resulting in limited opening hours of the stops and fixed start times between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Is there a guarded bicycle shed?
The organizers offer a guarded bicycle shed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. So, no reasons not to attend the race and the accompanying afterparty.

Can I come if I don't participate in the tours?
Everyone is very welcome in the Porcherie! From 11 am we will broadcast the subsequent women's and men's competition of "De Strade Bianche". After the matches, DJ Proudmich will provide a spectacular afterparty with a Tacx challenge.

Are there showers available?
This year, the organizer of Strade Vive Bikefest is introducing brand new shower facilities at the finish area.

Is there a discount for Cycling Vlaanderen members?
Cycling Vlaanderen members receive an attractive discount of 2 euros on ticket prices. If you purchase your ticket in advance, you will receive a refund of 2 euros on the day of the event when you show your membership or identity card.

Are there supplies available?
Depending on the chosen route, various stops are available. A varied range of food and sports drinks is offered at each stop. In addition, facilities such as men's and women's toilets are available.

Is there roadside assistance?
Upon registration, each participant will receive an information card with an emergency number for mobile support.
